In 1998, Michael Wiener was appointed Managing Director of the disposal company Fischer Entsorgung GmbH, later renamed RWE Umwelt Baden-Württemberg. From 2002 to 2004, he was Chairman of the Board at RWE Umwelt Süd GmbH, created by merging the regional companies in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, and then until 2006 Managing Director of the mid-tier disposal group Eberhard Mayr Stuttgart.
Michael Wiener has been working for DSD GmbH since mid-2006. As Sales Director, he has been responsible for restructuring the sales operation, introducing a regional structure, optimising procedures and processes, and setting up new lines of business.
