Personnel changes at Der Grüne Punkt:

Ulf Doster is Head of Finances and Controlling / Timothy Glaz now in charge of “Sustainability”

Cologne, 17 May 2011. Effective 1 May 2011, Ulf Doster (35) has taken over as Head of Finances and Controlling from Andreas Gebert (45) at Der Grüne Punkt – Duales System Deutschland GmbH (DSD). The MBA had hitherto been Head of Sales Controlling and Service at DSD. Ulf Doster began his career as a controller at Fielmann AG, and was then a department head in sectoral controlling at the store chain Karstadt Warenhaus GmbH. Andreas Gebert, Head of Finances since 2006, left DSD at his own request effective 30 April 2011.

Timothy Glaz (51) has effective 1 April 2011 taken charge of DSD’s newly created “Sustainability Management” operation. Following twelve years as General Manager at Markenverband e. V., with responsibility for environmental impact and logistics, he had in the past two and a half years worked as Key Account Director Supply Chain at Nestlé Deutschland AG.

Both Ulf Doster and Timothy Glaz will in their new functions be reporting directly to Stefan Schreiter, DSD’s CEO.
