Commercial Packaging Waste Management

Fillers are obliged according to  §7 of the German Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV) to take back, free of charge – used packaging that arises at commercial and industrial sites. This packaging also has to be recovered, and this recovery has to be documented. In addition, the packaging volumes have to be included in the Certificate of Compliance according to §10 of the Packaging Ordinance.
