Are you missing any invoices or receipts?
Just log in and download the document you are looking for under "Your invoices".

 

You would like to settle an open invoice?
Via the account balance or the menu item 'Accounting' / 'List of uncleared positions' you can select the position to be paid or the total balance and simply pay via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or Alipay.

 

Do you need a confirmation of participation as proof that you are participating in a dual system in accordance with the law?
You can simply download the daily updated confirmation.

 

In addition, our customer portal of course offers you the possibility of submitting or updating quantity reports.

 

You have forgotten your access data?
On the start page of our customer portal you can simply request new access data (Zugangsdaten (gruener-punkt.de)).
