In order to welcome all new employees and quickly familiarise them with the complex corporate structures, the ‘Buddy Programme’ was launched in 2024. Each new hire is assigned an experienced colleague who supports them in the early stages and helps them integrate into the work environment. In this context, our values and goals are also actively communicated.

 

If violations occur or are suspected, they can be reported via our whistleblower tool ‘Speak Up’ – anonymously if desired. Alternatively, the respective manager, the management, the legal department or the works council can be contacted at any time.

It is important to our employees to live by our values not only internally, but also in relation to suppliers and, in principle, all stakeholders. Our Code of Conduct therefore stipulates that we attach great importance to the equal and fair treatment of employees, customers and business partners. We do not tolerate working conditions that contravene international laws and regulations. Forced labour, slavery and similar forms of deprivation of liberty and coercion are not tolerated by the Der Grüne Punkt group. The same applies to child labour and the exploitation of young people.
