After the summer break, Green Dot is continuing its extensive seminar programme. The online seminars are aimed at different target groups, a customer relationship is welcome but not mandatory.

Four topics are covered:

Those who want to keep up to date on issues of German and European packaging law can choose between meetings in August and October. The compliance check on German packaging legislation will be continued so that fines and warnings can be avoided. With regard to the EU, the focus is on the PPWR, the draft of the European Packaging Regulation and its current status.

The all-in-one Design for Recycling seminar is scheduled for the end of August. It is aimed at packaging manufacturers, packaging managers from the areas of purchasing, product development and QS food and non-food. After this seminar you will have an overview of policy requirements and an insight into the draft of the European Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation and know what makes a standard package a good recyclable package and how Green Dot can support this.

Anyone interested in the recycling of packaging will find face-to-face and online offers at Der Grüne Punkt. Under the heading "Recycling live", in October we will once again make it possible to visit the Meilo sorting plant in Gernsheim and combine this on site with a compact seminar on sorting light packaging from the yellow bag. Those who want to learn more about recycling technologies can book the online format on "Introduction to Chemical Recycling", which will take place at the end of August.

In November, the seminar programme will focus on newcomers to packaging licensing and on those who want to refresh their knowledge on the subject: No matter for what reason one needs to familiarise oneself with the topic of packaging licensing - everyone is in the right place in our beginners' seminar "Fundamentals of Packaging Licensing", which is holistically oriented towards packaging disposal, legal regulations of packaging legislation and licensing practice at Grüner Punkt.
