For the second time in a row, Systec Plastics Eisfeld opened its factory gates to interested visitors as part of INDUSTRIE INTOUCH. The event series enables people from southern Thuringia to experience and get to know regional industrial companies up close. In two fully booked sessions, schoolchildren, professionals, and curious visitors gained exciting insights into the world of plastics recycling.

After a brief presentation of the company and an introduction to various job profiles, the group went on an exciting tour of the plant with plant manager Jürgen Baum and his deputy Tamara Precht, Head of Project Management, who gave a detailed explanation of how modern recycling processes work and what technologies are used.

Particularly pleasing: the visit spontaneously led to a job interview and concrete interest in a training position – a complete success! Participation is already firmly planned for next year.

A highlight this year: a camera team was on site to produce promotional material for INDUSTRIE INTOUCH 2026. We are excited to see the outcome!
