Der Grüne Punkt does not currently have its own anti-corruption policy. However, there are plans to incorporate corresponding regulations into both the internal code of conduct and the external supplier code of conduct by 2025. Following this, all employees will receive targeted training on the content and requirements of this policy.
From 2025 onwards, the revised external code will be presented to suppliers together with the supplier self-disclosure form for their information and signature.
With a view to further developing compliance structures, a separate anti-corruption training course for all managers is planned for the first quarter of 2026.
Finally, it should be noted that no incidents of corruption were reported in the reporting year 2024.
