The 2023 year-end report is coming up. What do I have to do?
If your master data has changed, you can update it in the customer portal under the menu item Change master data.
From December 1, 2023 until March 31, 2024 you can report the actual quantity of packaging subject to system participation that you placed on the German market in 2023 to us in the customer portal via the button „New sales report“ for the period Y 01/2023-12/2023. By submitting the year-end report you can correct the estimated quantities which were invoiced to you in an installment invoice for the year 2023.
Under the menu item „Contractual quantity adjustment (estimated annual quantity)“ in the customer portal you have the option of entering or adjusting the estimated annual quantities for the year 2024. However, you can also transfer your estimated annual quantity for 2024 directly with one click when submitting the 2023 year-end report. Your estimated annual quantity is the expected quantity of packaging subject to system participation that we use to prepare the 2024 installment invoice. If you adjust the estimated annual quantity by February 2024, the updated quantity can be considered for the 2024 annual installment invoice. The 2024 annual installment invoice is then expected to be sent to you by 28.02.2024. This applies if you have a valid contract with us in 2024.
Once you have entered your actual 2023 quantities and your estimated 2024 annual quantities for your system participation in our customer portal, you can be easily forwarded to the LUCID portal and complete your data report in one go.
Every customer with a valid participation contract can download the latest confirmation of system participation on the starting page of our customer portal.
By participating in the dual system Der Grüne Punkt, your company makes a valuable contribution to climate protection. The environmental certificate of Der Grüne Punkt confirms the savings achieved by our recycling activities in the above-mentioned calendar year. You can order the environmental certificate in our customer portal with or after submitting the 2023 year-end report for a fee of € 29 net. It will then be sent to you as of January 2024.
