Our centers of competence for plastic recyclates

In our German GreenDot plants high-quality post-consumer recyclates are produced under the Systalen® brand. Starting material of these recyclates is plastic waste from German household collection (yellow bin & yellow bag):

Specialized in the recycling of rigid plastics (PP) GreenDot Hörstel* has 

 

  • modern recyling plant technique,
  • two washing lines and

  • two extrusions lines.

GreenDot Eisfeld

 

As center of competence for recycling flexibles (LDPE), GreenDot Eisfeld*has 

 

  • state-of-the-art technical equipment for recycling flexibles,
  • seven washing- and three extrusion lines and

  • one of Europe's largest air biofilter plants (filter size > 1,000 m²)

Both plants are, of course, approved in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act, are regularly inspected, certified and meet all current environmental requirements.
